RE: COVID-19 Response #2
To our valued customers,
We thank you very much for your continued business, especially during this extraordinary time. We appreciate your Partnership. As the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation continues to develop, our priorities are to continue to serve you professionally and safely as well as providing for the safety of our employees and their families.
Due to current conditions, we find it necessary to make some changes to our normal business processes. At this time our plans are as follows:
All Bierschbach Equipment & Supply locations remain open from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. All locations except Dickinson, ND will be open Saturday from
8:00 a.m. – noon.
We are attempting to control exposure to our employees and our customers by splitting our employees into two separate Teams. These two Teams will not work together. They will be working separate days. This does mean we’ll be operating daily with fewer employees than normal and we apologize if our service is slightly slower. Many of our employees will be working from both the office and home. We hope you understand and will be patient. We’ll resume normal staffing when conditions allow.
We continue to process all counter, phone and outside sales orders. We encourage using our “curbside service” when visiting our locations. Simply call that location and we’ll bring everything out to you. You can stay in your vehicle. This limits exposure for everyone.
Our Territory Managers continue to work from the office and their homes. They will not be making personal visits at this time but will be reaching out to you via phone calls and email.
We will continue to provide delivery service to jobsites and offices.
We continue to offer the services of our service technicians, either in the field or at our locations.
We are making sure our facilities are safe for our customers and our employees. Health and safety are our top priority. Please respect social distancing guidelines and proper hygiene protocols.
This is a fluid situation and we will continue to adjust as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and their families.
