RE: COVID-19 Response

To our valued customers,

We thank you very much for your continued business, especially during this extraordinary time. We appreciate your Partnership. As the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation continues to develop, our priorities are to continue to serve you professionally and safely as well as providing for the safety of our employees and their families.

At this time our plans are as follows:

  • All Bierschbach Equipment & Supply locations remain open as normal.
  • We continue to process all counter, phone and outside sales orders as normal.
  • We have instructed our Territory Managers to not make sales visits unless requested or deemed necessary.
  • We will continue to provide delivery service to jobsites or offices, as normal.
  • We have added curbside service if you choose to drive to our facility, but you prefer to not come into our offices. Simply call and let us know.
  • We continue to offer the services of our service technicians, either in the field or at our locations.
  • We are making sure our facilities are safe for you and our employees. Health and safety are our top priority.
  • This is a fluid situation and we will continue to adjust as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and their families. Please let us know, if there is anything we can do to assist you during this challenging time.
